A few years ago I sat down to write a post about my own offer and just ... couldn't. Not because I didn't know what to say — because something in me didn't want to say it anymore. The business was working. Clients were happy. The numbers weren't the problem. I was the problem — or rather, the woman I'd become wasn't in the business I'd built anymore.
Do I stay? Do I burn it all down and start over? Do I just keep pretending the old version of me is still running the show? I asked myself all three, for longer than I'd like to admit.
So I did what I now help my clients do: I didn't torch it. I didn't start from zero. I took a scalpel, not an axe — kept what still fit, evolved what didn't, and cut the rest. I built Lynn Stevens Coaching because nobody else was serving that exact gap. Everyone will help you grow what already exists. Everyone will help you start over from nothing. Almost no one helps you reshape what you've already built to fit who you've become.
